ANNOUNCE: Update acknowledgements.
...for master branch. Bjarni, Clem, Dave, Peng, and Rocket are being
credited in the 1.24.1 release announcement. Retain Bob and Zack for
contributions to development only on the master branch (that is, not
appearing in 1.24.1), and add Bruno Haible likewise (for reporting
Savannah #67898).
