groff_man*(7): Add historical System V tidbit.
Unix System V is less obscure than PWB/Unix. The only differences
between SCCS revision "1.35 of 5/6/80" and "1.37 of 12/19/80" are:
1. revision of the `]D` string (page footer) from "UNIX 3.0" to
"UNIX 5.0"; and
2. addition of the `Tm` string.
