commit 32a570f55dd2a6c66ca20d6a441810b14f004e35
Author: G. Branden Robinson <[email protected]>
AuthorDate: Fri May 8 21:36:36 2026 -0500

[doc, man]: Clarify, sync trout/grout format stuff.

    * More precisely cite standards defining what we mean by "ASCII".
    * Use Texinfo `@acronym` command for acronyms. (But not initialisms!)
    * Break Texinfo input lines in convenient places for roffing and
      diffing.
