groff_man*(7): Sharpen API/stylesheet distinction.
These aren't wonderful terms, because they're not perfectly
applicable[*], so I'm not using them "officially", but they gesture in
the correct direction.
[*] The `CHECKSTYLE` register is neither, for example. And whether the
term `API` meaningfully applies to a macro language with a single
name space is a question that causes me to lose sleep.
