[mm]: Adapt test to {Free,Net,Open}BSD od(1).
Per reports by Bruno Haible,[*] these *BSDs' od(1) programs appear to
put more than one space between columns in "-t x1" format. I checked
POSIX Issue 8, and there appears (via word search) to be no guidance
regarding whether columns are separated by spaces or tab, nor how many
of each.
