doc/doc.am: Strip `%%CreationDate` from EPS file.
* doc/doc.am ($(DOC_LINE_LAYOUT_EPS)): Remove the %%CreationDate line
from the generated PostScript.
[I excerpted this change from a much more extensive revision of
"doc/doc.am" that Bruno proposed in
<https://lists.gnu.org/archive/html/groff/2026-08/msg00039.html>. This
change should also have the benefit of keeping the groff build
reproducible. --GBR]
