[groff]: Align test with modern groff conventions.
* src/roff/groff/tests/soquiet-request-works.sh: Drop stump comment
after license notice. Drop "set -e" (and an angel gets its wings in
Greg Wooledge heaven). Align shell variable names and lettercasing
with modern groff test script practice. Drop "progress" message since
this script performs only one test. Add Vim modeline.
