[groff]: Regression-test Savannah #68796.
* src/roff/groff/tests/error-defcolor-request-given-bogus-arguments.sh:
New file; do it.
* src/roff/groff/groff.am: Update `groff_TESTS` to run test.
Test fails at this commit.
