Hi Werner, Attached is an interim patch to further extend the PDF format documentation for pdfmark.tmac
Interim documentation update.
* pdfmark.ms: (GROFF-WEBSITE): new string; use it in references and
examples.
(Section 2.5): add definitions of D and Z operators, for use with
pdfhref macro.
(Section 2.5.4): complete description of pdfhref macro usage for
"Linking to Internet Resources"; provide examples.
