I use mm, my own Foveal mm extensions, raw *roff, and things I've picked up
from the discussion list. For my own sanity, I would opt to mark the
names with a package_prefix:
groff -mm -mFm -mSinglePage ...
.roff_Space
.roff_TitleLength

.mm_AbstractStart
:
.Fm_Address_fold_start
:
.SinglePage
