Hi folks,

I'm pleased to report that the intrepid Ineiev, one of the GNU Savannah
tracker administrators, has implemented another of my feature requests.

It is now possible for mere mortal users, not group administrators (as I
am for the "groff" group), to view the definitions of the field values
for ticket properties like "Severity", "Category", "Item Group", and
"Status".

This improvement is significant because each Savannah project ("group")
can customize these field values and their definitions to suit the
project's needs. Consulting these definitions is helpful to users of a
project's bug tracker, including its non-administrator developers.

You can access this information under the "Bugs" menu; click on the
"Field values" item.

At present, if you have an administrator bit (and are signed in), this
new menu item is not available, but you can still review the data using
the "Edit field values" menu item that has long been available.
