Hi folks,

It's my unhappy duty to report another several automated unsubscriptions
from this list that the GNU Mailman mailing software sent me earlier
today.

If you had been subscribed from any of the following domains, please
re-subscribe (if you'd like).

        hotmail.com (×2)
        dartmouth.edu
        purdue.edu
        uniandes.edu.co
        outlook.com
        siemens.com
        msn.com

The reason reported for each of these was "(disabled address)". It
seems a bit odd to me that all of these disparate addresses would have
undergone this same transition in such a short period of time. But
maybe it's plausible, if all of these domains have outsourced their
email service to Microsoft Exchange, and some glitch, bug, or policy
shift unique to it happened in the past few days.

That said, I'm no Internet mail expert; what competence I once had in
the area was acquired in the era of open SMTP relays and destroyed in
that of SPF and other techniques employed by major centralized mail
service providers.

Regards,
Branden
