Non-authenticated access to Savannah is load-balanced among several
mirrors. This can happen when one of the mirrors falls over. Some
combination of force-reloading and waiting a while usually clears it up.
I don't think anyone on this list has any authority over or
responsibility for shared GNU project services like Savannah. When
encountering difficulties in the future, I recommend contacting the
"savannah-hackers-public" list.
