Hi folks, I periodically send these announcements so that subscribers to the groff lists understand why they may be having difficulties with receipt of list traffic. I can't offer a complete picture; I know only what GNU's Mailman service tells me.
I have obfuscated the local parts of email addresses to afford a degree of privacy to affected subscribers while, I hope, permitting them to recognize their own addresses.
