Dear Gromacs users I just wanted to check whether latest GPU of NVIDIA GTX 1080 has been tested by any one for its compatibility/performance with gromacs.
I have used GTX 980 Ti and have found it compatible with gromacs with a significant performance boosting. I wanted to check if the latest release of NVIDIA GTX 1080 will work with Gromacs.
