Dear Gromacs, I did the below on Ubuntu 14.04:
tar xfz gromacs-5.1.4.tar.gz cd gromacs-5.1.4 mkdir build cd build Then, I got error message when running: cmake .. -DGMX_BUILD_OWN_FFTW=ON -DREGRESSIONTEST_DOWNLOAD=ON The error log files can be found here: https://1drv.ms/f/s!AjIs-W_id1LzobZfGThismE4so_SRQ Can I ask how to solve this?
