Hello everyone, I've just joined this mailing list in order to understand how to solve a problem while extending a simulation. I am trying to generate a new tpr file via command line:
gmx convert-tpr -s [old].tpr -extend [timeneeded] -o new.tpr BUT, when compiling, it tells me: reading tpx file (md_0_1.tpr) version 110 with version 103 program What can I do to solve that "fatal error"?
