ZOTACEXTENDED WARRANTY 

 ZOTAC offer extended warranty (for third thru fifth year) when registering 14 
days after purchase. Customer gets 3 years extended warranty if the card should 
fail.  ZOTAC will directly offer the warranty to the customer. (year 3-5)

Therefore the customer has to: 

- Register within 14 days from purchase 
- Card is not tempered/manually damaged 
- Card has not been registered by other customer before 
- Send the card with original (readable) receipt to service center 
- Printed RMA form with all information clearly filled
 out 

o mentioning of the serial number 
o unique identifier number 
o card
