Title:
  [Bug]Handle xapic/x2apic entries in MADT

Status in intel:
  Fix Released
Status in linux package in Ubuntu:
  Fix Released
Status in linux source package in Xenial:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
In case when BIOS is populating MADT wiht both x2apic and local apic entries
(as per ACPI spec), kernel builds it's processor table
in the following order: BSP, X2APIC, local APIC, resulting in processors on
the same core are not separated by core count.

  Platform: KNL

this is fixed in 4.4 kernel with:
d81056b x86, ACPI: Handle apic/x2apic entries in MADT in correct order
9b3fedd ACPI / tables: Add acpi_subtable_proc to ACPI table parsers
