Bug description:
Currently launcher allows opening applications with Meta+# shortcuts, but
there's no way to access quicklists with keyboard.
Suggest to show them by adding Shift key to the corresponding shortcuts, i.e.
Show quicklists on Meta+Shift+# and Meta+Shift+a/s/f

Desired Solution:
- Add "SUPER+ALT+[number or letter]" keyboard shortcuta to open
Launcher quicklists
- These shortcuts *should not8 be added to the 'Keyboard Shortcut
overlay'
