Bug description:
[Impact]
iptraf-ng does not have a readable UI. Compare the attached screenshots from
before (A) and after the fix (B).
[Test Case]
$ sudo iptraf-ng
and see if the interface is readable
[Regression Risk]
iptraf-ng is a leaf universe package. This fix will change its state from
"unusable" to "usable", so the risk of regression is low.
