Bug description:
[Impact]
libboost-context1.58 is an empty package on arm64. This causes kicad to FTBFS
on arm64, and prevents users from building software that uses boost_context on
Ubuntu.
[Test Case]
One test case is that kicad no longer FTBFS
[Regression Risk]
The changes are specific to arm64.
