Bug description:
Admins and developers are unable to access to the juju mongodb
instance to investigation issues.
The mongo client is built, but not included in the juju-mongodb3.2
package. Juju doesn't need it. Users who need to investigate db issues
need to locate and install a third-party binary.
This issue affects both yakkety an xenial.
