An illustration is attached (foreground: Control Center, background: Firefox. Window borders are custom.) * Some progress bars (Transmission and aptdaemon) have a white centre. [Test Cases] * Install Ubuntu MATE 16.04. Install Gedit. Open Pluma and Gedit. Paste the same test into both Gedit and Pluma, the scrollbars are different. * Install Ubuntu MATE 16.04.
