Bug description:
[Test case]
1. Using ccsm set Horizonal/Vertical virtual size to 1
2. Activate expo (e.g. using Super+S)
Expected behavior:
nothing happens
Actual behavior:
The plugin is activated, but it's useless
[Regression potential]
No expo is shown in multi-monitor with one desktop, but it's not
something we ever supported.
