Bug description:
Since the Nvidia 367 drivers are in the process of being backported to
Ubuntu 16.04 via https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/nvidia-graphics-
drivers-367/367.44-0ubuntu0.16.04.2 it should also be fitting that the
Vulkan packages be backported either from 16.10 or
https://launchpad.net/~graphics-drivers/+archive/ubuntu/ppa to
coincide with the newer Nvidia driver support.
