* python-pysha3 (currently in zesty universe) is required by
snapcraft to generate sha3-384 hashes to support delta uploads (please
see: https://github.com/snapcore/snapcraft/pull/940/files and
https://bugs.launchpad.net/snapcraft/+bug/1646303).
