keeps showing up in syslog
it appears that vpdupdate has wrong path for iprconfig

Add function to search command in standard path
Different distros install commands in different location. One of the
example
is iprconfig. Redhat and suse installs it under /usr/sbin but ubuntu
places
this binary inside /sbin. Current lsvpd code always searches iprconfig
binary
inside /usr/sbin as this path is hard-coded and call gets failed in case
binary is not present in that particular location.
