Bug description:
[Impact]
The PlayOnLinux package cannot be found/installed using the GNOME Software
(Ubuntu Software) in Ubuntu 16.04 because the PlayOnLinux.desktop file
contained in the package is missing a "Comment" section that is required by
AppStream to generate the correct metadata.
[Test Case]
1. Open the GNOME Software (Ubuntu Software) application.
2. Type "PlayOnLinux" into the search bar.
[Regression Potential]
None, this patch just adds the Comment section, that is present in upstream,
but missing in the original package from Debian, to the desktop file. Since the
desktop file is patched directly from the debdiff instead of using a
debian/patches/series directory, it won't make any regressions in the future.
