Also, besides that, it seems that livecd-rootfs was directly depending on snapd as well. To save ourselves trouble, let's make that dependency arch-specific. [Test Case] Build test images on powerpc, those should now succeed. [Regression Potential] None. This is only an arch-specific dependency change which was never used (as it was not possible to work).
