Bug description:
[Impact]
This affects all wslu tools on all releases. The Ubuntu branding is
the outdated version:

[Test Case]
* Install Ubuntu WSL and install this fix.
* run wslfetch command.
* new logo should be shown like the following:

[Regression Potential]
* This patch just update the logo of wslfetch to the proper current
Ubuntu logo. Potential regressions would be a result of the patch
having typo that caused error.
