Nope. You send only one .. the one you told your peers that means your g-shut. But to respect your peer's g-shuts you may end up matching on a few ... not that each VPN site will have it's own but your upstreams or peers sure could. In any case as far as RFC 1997 there was big discussion in July and August of 2008 in IDR started by Dave on how to reserve new values.
