​Nope. You send only one .. the one you told your peers that means your
g-shut.

But to respect your peer's g-shuts you may end up matching on a few ... not
that each VPN site will have it's own but your upstreams or peers sure
could.

​In any case as far as RFC 1997 there was big discussion in July and August
of 2008 in IDR started by Dave on how to reserve new values. I do not
recall what was the final outcome of that.
