I looked at -11. The changes address my DISCUSS, so I am clearing. The only part left, as pointed by Amanda (IANA), is what to do with the F flag in the current registry. I trust that will be resolved before the publication is approved. In my updated ballot I am leaving some comments that are still unaddressed. Thanks! Alvaro.
