RPSL and its kin seem to be orphaned in the IETF at the moment.
If it's not too late in the process, perhaps it is worth considering an
addition to the new charter, along the lines of:
"Provide stewardship and maintenance for the Routing Policy
Specification Language (RPSL) and related protocols."
