The 02 version-bump was txt only, because I couldn’t work out why the upload page was rejecting my XML. I sorted out my problem and re-uploaded using the XML source. Other than the availability of the HTML rendering, 02 and 03 are identical (and are also identical to 01 but for expiration date). Sorry for the noise.
