I made the vast majority (95%?) of your editing suggestions plus a few more. I didn't add additional outside links in order to prevent pointing fingers. I didn't change to IPv6 documentation addresses because this was focused on IPv4 analysis.
If the IESG pushes back on the 7 authors we will move two to contributors.
