The document looks good to me.
However, the new section on anycast node identification highlights Dean's
another concern about NSID uniqueness (and I think intentionally
duplicated NSID information would be harmful). This is not an issue for
this document though.
Could I please request you to be _absolutely clear_ here. One such way is
to provide a simple answer to the following question:
Are you in favour of passing this document to the IESG for publication
as a BCP?
