Applications:
Hardware Growler
Uninstall Growl
GrowlTunes

Folders:
Growl
GrowlMail
GrowlSafari
GrowlTunes
HarwareGrowler
growlnotify

Installer Packages:
GrowlSafari.pkg
GrowlMail.mpkg
Growl.mpkg

Apple Loops:
Dinosaur Growl.caf
Growling Animal.caf

...and some random other files that I find through a search on file
name containing Growl. I thought uninstalling was supposed to wipe
all of this clean?

I was not running Growl when I attempted to run the uninstaller--this
was not in the instructions. Is that why it's giving me these errors
that I mentioned in the first post? Or is it fine, and I should just
go and delete any Growl-associated files?

Thanks for any help!
