I think I found the problem. While most of the crash logs aren't very
specific, the last one is:

This doesn't surprise me. PGPmail is based on GPGMail, which has had
conflicts with Leopard's Mail for some time, especially after the
10.5.5 and 10.5.6 updates.
The developer has a beta version of GPGMail for Mac OS X 10.5.6
available:
http://www.sente.ch/software/GPGMail/
To use that, you'll also need GPG (an open-source implementation of
PGP). The website has a link. I doubt that GPGMail will work with PGP.
Alternatively, you may want to check the PGP website for an update
(beta or otherwise) for that plug-in.
