Neither, most likely. Growl currently won't display formatted text, and we've made a decision in the past not to allow this to enforce uniformity of notification appearance. (I personally think that allowing bold, italics, and underline, but no other formatting, would be a reasonable compromise, but it's a slippery slope and I don't care a ton either way).
