I have been using Growl to notify me of email messages in Entourage quite successfully for almost two years. It just goes about its business, displaying the message and playing a chime when a message arrives.
Then tragedy struck and I don¹t know how. It plays the chime but fails to display the box. Instead, I get an error message that it cannot find the script. One error message for each of the several hundred emails I get each day. Yikes! I thought I would re-install Growl but it had no effect. The icon has disappeared from the Menu Bar, despite checking that option in Preferences and I seem to have no way to stop it. I unchecked Start At Startup, to no effect. I probably want to do an uninstall and then re-install, unless smarter people on this list have better ideas. But how do I uninstall Growl? Thanks for the help in advance. Tom baley -- Thomas R.
