Games like Warcraft III usually capture the display for exclusive access to it. (The ones that don't suck—capturing the display, among other benefits, allows the game to change resolutions without disturbing the positions and sizes of other apps' windows.) Since the game has exclusive access to the display, we can't put notifications over it. Sorry. There are two solutions: 1. Play the game in windowed mode instead of full-screen. 2.
