The menu is empty. Watchmac registered, but didn't tell Growl about  
any notifications. It probably will re-register with some  
notifications when you do something, at which point you'll be able to  
configure them.

I've never used Watchmac, so I couldn't tell you what, exactly, you  
need to do. Check the Watchmac documentation (assuming such a thing  
exists) or ask the Watchmac developers.
