Nothing has changed, unless you're on Tiger:
1. You now have your own GrowlMail installer package, separate from
the one for Leopard (and Snow Leopard) users. Each package will tell
you if you're using the wrong one.
That fixes installing GrowlMail on Tiger.
2. GrowlSafari now works correctly with Safari on Tiger.
