It seemed to happen on login, so maybe the order of loading startup items is a factor. I didn't get the error today, but it appeared several times in the past couple of days. Not sure if a specific app triggers it, or if it's a Growl error, GrowlMenu error, or OmniGrowl error! I'm still trying to sort out all these pieces. :-)
