1. Yes it is.

2. When i quit Firefox nothing special happens.

3. Firefox 3.5.2.

I did a clean install of Snow Leopard on 3 different systems and
always had this problem. The problem is also mentioned at the Bugzilla
page. I just found out today, that Growl is causing that problem.
