Should be the same as the last one, except the Growl installer package
in this one will work for more people. (I hate the “relocation”
feature.)

The bug in b1 that this one fixes showed up as a crash on opening the
prefpane. That should now be gone.
Any other bugs the last beta had are in this beta, too.
