I've tried everything you say and then some. Trashed most of it, but the last folder includes Growl.mpkg & I keep getting the message "The operation cannot be completed because you do not have sufficient privileges for "Growl.mpkg" when I drag the folder to the trash & try to empty the trash. I am running Mac OS 10.4.11. They let me install it, but they won't let me uninstall it! LOL! Ginny
