Only Rudy has seed access, and he didn't get to it in time this time. I'm not even sure that there was a seed (although I obviously wouldn't know). Even then, we can't really put in the UUID in our public source code until it goes final, for two reasons: 1. They may make more changes between the seed and the final release, and change the UUID in the final release for that reason. 2.
