Hello,

I have an application in two parts: a prefpane (in Cocoa) for the
configuration part, and a daemon, launched by launchd.
I wanted the daemon to notify the user (the one that configured it),
if logged in, when some works are done.

I red the documentation, had a hope when I saw that Growls works with
notifications, but the fact that I must link to the framework, and
that Growl read the bundle to register the software make me think that
it is not usable for my need, because it isn't an user-launched-
application-with-GUI.

Do you think that there's a mean to use Growl for my purpose?

Thanks,
Frederic
